We're looking for a Content Creator who can capture and communicate that feeling at a high level. This role is for someone who can blend creativity with execution—producing content that not only looks great, but moves people and reflects the essence of riding.

What You'll Do

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content featuring products, people, and real riding experiences
• Capture compelling photography across product, lifestyle, and brand storytelling
• Create platform-specific content for social, web, email, and campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand voice and creative direction
• Tell stories that resonate with both core riders and new audiences
• Bring fresh ideas while maintaining a consistent, elevated Ari aesthetic
• Organize and manage content assets for efficient use across channels

What We're Looking For

• Proven strength in both videography and photography (product + lifestyle)
• Proficiency with professional editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Strong understanding of content formats and performance across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Exceptional eye for composition, lighting, pacing, and storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
• High ownership mindset—you take ideas from concept to completion
• Passion for cycling or outdoor lifestyle strongly preferred
