CHRISTMAS CASUAL SALES ASSISTANTS - ALL LOCATIONS Christmas is our busiest and most exciting time of year, and we're looking for energetic, friendly and customer-focused Christmas Casuals to join our ZJOOSH teams across Australia.

About the Role

As a ZJOOSH Christmas Casual, you'll help create beautiful and memorable shopping experiences while supporting your team to achieve sales and store goals.

You'll be responsible for

• Delivering exceptional customer service, connecting with customers and confidently recommending products.
• Supporting store KPIs including Conversion, ATV, UPT.
• Creating beautiful gifting experiences, including professional gift wrapping – this is an essential skill for the role.
• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Assisting with stock, deliveries and general store operations.
• Bringing positive energy, urgency and teamwork to every shift.

About You

We're looking for someone who is

• Warm, friendly and confident with customers. Experience in retail is preferred.
• Passionate about fashion, styling, gifting and beautiful products.
• Confident recommending products and working towards sales targets.
• Skilled at gift wrapping with an eye for detail and presentation.
• A positive team player who thrives in a busy retail environment.
• Available across November, December and January, including weekends and key Christmas trading days.
