We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Category Growth Senior/Lead Specialist to join our Marketing team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.
The Category Growth Senior/Lead Specialist owns the commercial performance of an assigned category. They will set and deliver revenue targets, lead go-to-market for new and existing products, and drive category growth across our ecommerce and marketing channels. This role requires close partnerships with various stakeholders across the company to ensure our product assortment continues to scale sustainably and serve customers' needs in all our markets.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage the annual Category P&L and drive category profitability.
- Support the category’s 3-Year strategy and roadmap planning for revenue growth, including category target setting, identifying growth levers, and shaping overall category assortment direction.
- Lead go-to-market planning for seasonal launches and key product introductions (positioning, pricing input, launch timing and channel plans) so new products achieve their targets.
- Own the category's ecommerce funnel, driving traffic, conversion and AOV through product page optimisation, onsite merchandising, search and navigation.
- Work within the Marketing team to plan and execute category campaigns and promotions, briefing paid media, CRM/email, content and social teams, and tracking performance against KPIs.
- Work closely with Demand Planning on monthly forecasts and Open-To-Buy, reviewing sales and inventory health to keep stock aligned with demand.
- Run quarterly forecast and performance reviews with business stakeholders, aligning mid-to-long term category plans and trends with revenue targets.
- Consolidate customer, market and competitor insights each quarter and share them with Product teams to inform assortment and future development.
What you’ll need
- 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, product marketing, or category growth roles within a leading retail or ecommerce company.
- Proven track record of success in developing go-to-market and category strategies that drive growth.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Hands-on experience driving ecommerce growth through site merchandising, conversion optimisation and digital campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing revenue targets, P&L performance, forecasts, and inventory data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared priorities.
