• Country PIC: Responsible for Lazada Malaysia CRM operations, devising and executing PUSH/Email/WhatsApp strategy E2E for DAU growth.
• Developing Localized notification framework with scenario, segment, topic, contents across user journey to enhance CRM recall efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for requests communication and campaign promotions support.
• Data analysis on push performance metrics to adjust actions and find out opportunities immediately.
• Research and explore customer insight as well market trends to initiate new solution approach together with regional ops, product and tech teams.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with CRM and/or content ops experience in e-commerce or related industry.
• Excellent content ops ability to craft engaging English and Malay content.
• Result-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, data analysis and strategy optimization.
• Good understanding of the Malaysia market and in-depth knowledge of e-commerce user behavior.
• Strong team player, innovative mindset, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
