We are looking for a highly experienced Amazon Vendor Central Expert to manage and grow vendor accounts across Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Amazon Vendor Central operations, catalog management, chargeback resolution, inventory planning, retail readiness, and vendor account growth strategies. This role is perfect for someone who understands Amazon’s first-party (1P) ecosystem and can drive sustainable growth while maintaining strong account health.

WORK SETUP

Position: Amazon Vendor Central Expert

Location: Paragon City, Lahore

Working Hours: Flexible (Two Shifts Available)

  • 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily Amazon Vendor Central account operations.
  • Monitor and optimize product listings, catalog health, and content quality.
  • Handle purchase orders (POs), shipment tracking, and inventory replenishment planning.
  • Resolve chargebacks, shortages, ASN issues, and operational discrepancies.
  • Manage A+ Content, Brand Store updates, and merchandising opportunities.
  • Analyze retail analytics and performance reports to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Amazon support teams to resolve account and catalog issues.
  • Implement pricing, promotions, and advertising strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including CRaP, Instock %, and revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on Amazon Vendor Central policies, updates, and best practices.

PRIORITY REQUIREMENTS

We are not looking for a general Amazon account manager or PPC-only specialist. The primary requirement is someone with strong hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor Central operations and growth management.

Priority areas include:

  • Amazon Vendor Central Management – Vendor setup, account maintenance, catalog management, and operational excellence.
  • Purchase Order Management – PO processing, confirmations, shipment scheduling, and fulfillment coordination.
  • Chargeback Resolution – Identifying, disputing, and reducing chargebacks to improve profitability.
  • Catalog & Content Management – Listing creation, variation management, A+ Content, and content optimization.
  • Inventory Planning & Forecasting – Demand planning, stock management, and replenishment strategies.
  • Retail Readiness & Instock Optimization – Improving product availability and maintaining healthy inventory levels.
  • Vendor Negotiation Support – Assisting with annual vendor negotiations and growth planning.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Utilizing Vendor Central reports to identify opportunities and improve performance.
  • Advertising & Promotions – Managing Amazon Ads, retail promotions, and merchandising opportunities.
  • Issue Resolution – Handling shortages, ASN errors, compliance issues, and Amazon support cases.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on Amazon Vendor Central experience.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon retail operations and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with catalog management, chargebacks, and inventory planning.
  • Advanced knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central reports and analytics.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience with Amazon Advertising is a plus.
  • Experience working with agencies or eCommerce brands is preferred.
