About the role

Title: Amazon Channel Manager must be able to work from 8am to 4.30pm US EST Monday to Friday

Reports to: Director of Amazon Operations

About the Role

Londontown is looking for an experienced Amazon Channel Manager with deep Vendor Central expertise to own day-to-day account operations, catalog management, and new product setup across the US, Canada, UK, and EU.

Reporting to the Director of Amazon Operations, you will keep our catalog accurate, resolve account and listing issues, and coordinate product launches. A major focus will be improving product detail pages and the Brand Store: analyzing performance and customer feedback, proposing content improvements, developing briefs with our creative team, and implementing approved changes. We’re looking for someone who can identify what needs attention, recommend a clear course of action, and follow through independently.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day Vendor Central operations, including catalog updates, product availability, suppressed listings, pricing issues, promotions, and purchase order troubleshooting.
  • Own new item setup and launch readiness, coordinating product information, variations, content, certifications, and compliance documentation across markets.
  • Create and manage Amazon support cases, coordinate escalations, and follow account and catalog issues through to resolution.
  • Analyze PDP performance, keywords, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve discoverability and conversion.
  • Develop recommendations for PDP images, copy, A+ Content, and video that communicate product benefits, answer customer questions, and address purchase concerns.
  • Build clear creative briefs for PDP, advertising, and Brand Store assets. Coordinate production and revisions with the creative team, with direction and approval from the Director of Amazon Operations.
  • Maintain a continuous optimization calendar, schedule and evaluate A/B tests where available, and document findings to inform future improvements.
  • Manage Brand Store updates, merchandising, navigation, and seasonal content to support launches, promotions, and sales growth.
  • Maintain our smaller Seller Central business, including account health, catalog and offer setup, inventory availability, and Vine coordination.
  • Track inventory and availability, maintain actionable reporting, and coordinate localized catalog setup and content improvements with internal teams.
  • Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other tools to support analysis, briefs, copy, and selected asset creation. As you learn the business, develop repeatable workflows and recommend practical tools that improve efficiency while maintaining brand and product accuracy.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive hands-on Amazon Vendor Central experience, including catalog management, new item setup, account troubleshooting, and support case resolution.
  • Working knowledge of Seller Central, including account health, listings, inventory management, and routine account maintenance.
  • Experience improving Amazon PDPs, developing creative briefs, and using performance data to guide content and merchandising decisions.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and working with catalog and performance datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate recommendations clearly and coordinate effectively with creative and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical aptitude, familiarity with AI tools, and the ability to learn systems and improve processes.
  • Amazon Premium Beauty, cosmetics, or personal care required.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. You take initiative, manage competing priorities, and own tasks through completion.

Preferred Experience

  • Amazon accounts in Canada, the UK, or EU, including localized product launches and content.
  • Brand Stores, A+ Content, Amazon experimentation tools, and AI-assisted workflows or automation.

Who Will Thrive in This Role

You enjoy both solving operational problems and improving the customer shopping experience. You can explain what should change and why, collaborate on the approach, and execute approved plans independently. You are comfortable working in a growing company were taking initiative and building better processes are part of the job.
