We're not here to pump out more batches; we're here to make better ones.

You need to be super autistic about every single detail; we check every single frame.

What you'd be making:

• Hyperrealistic AI UGC that actually looks real
• AI song ads
• AI animation. Pixar, 3D, claymation.
• Clean voiceovers on everything

What we need:

• You have brain cells and can tell when something obviously looks AI/fake
• You're an AI editor. Not a regular editor who uses AI sometimes
• You understand marketing fundamentals. Hooks, pacing, why people buy, what makes an ad feel native instead of staged
• You understand realism. Lighting, skin, hands, camera physics.
• You're obsessive about detail. Every frame, every hand, every label
• Fluent in Higgsfield, all models
• You can deliver any format we throw at you
• You've worked in-house at a DTC brand or agency

Comp:

Strong base + performance bonuses on winning creative. Fully remote. Offer depends on your skill and portfolio. We want the best of the best, and we'll pay for it. If that's you, the money won't be the issue.
