In this role ss the Activities Coordinator, you won't just manage leisure activities and programmes, you’ll help pioneer a smarter, more connected ecosystem that delivers exceptional support to our communities.

As Activities Coordinator, you'll take ownership of planning and delivering activities that bring purpose, enjoyment, connection, and routine to residents' daily lives. From group activities and celebrations through to personalised one-on-one engagement, you'll help residents continue doing the things that matter most to them.
You'll also play an important role in supporting Bupa's Blua App experience. Through your work, residents, whānau, family members and care teams stay connected through shared access to activities, wellbeing updates, daily routines and care information. Your contribution helps strengthen communication, support resident wellbeing, and create a more connected care journey for everyone involved.
