WAYB’s mission is to raise the bar on kids’ products that are safer, healthier, and responsibly-made. Our founders bring their expertise making some of the world's best outdoor gear to the family travel and baby gear industry. We reinvent products to make them better for parents, kids, and the planet. Way better.

WAYB was started to help parents get out in the world, without compromising on beautiful design or sustainable materials. Our first product, the Pico travel car seat, was born when we noticed parents lugging bulky car seats through airports. By using innovative design and aerospace-grade aluminum, we created a super strong, ultralight travel seat that’s as easy on parents as it is on the earth.

For the WAYB team, it’s all about building a company that's led by core values, and creating a “COULD WE” culture that disrupts the status quo. Learn more about who we are at wayb.com
