Senior Long-Form Static Copywriter / Creative Strategist

HIRING: SENIOR Long-Form Static Copywriter / Creative Strategist — 8-Figure Supplement Brand SENIORS ONLY. We’re looking for an elite Long-Form Static Copywriter / Creative Strategist who deeply understands direct response, supplements, native-style advertising, and what actually makes long-form static creatives scale on paid social. My business partner and I took a new supplement brand from £0 to £3M+ in revenue in just 6 months, and we’re now looking for someone senior who can help us take our static creative output to the next level across the UK and US markets. Compensation: $5K–$7K monthly base fee 5% of ad spend generated by winning creatives Significant upside for someone who consistently produces scalable winners Full-time role with a serious performance-focused team What you’ll own: Long-form static creative strategy Long-form static copy and concepts Native-style paid social ads Advertorial-style static concepts Hooks, headlines, body copy, CTAs, and full creative structures New mechanisms, angles, desires, pain points, objections, and market positioning Competitor research and creative mining Analysing winning statics and turning them into new iterations and concepts Building repeatable static creative systems Briefing designers to turn concepts and copy into finished creatives You should already deeply understand: Direct-response copywriting and psychology Awareness levels and market sophistication Hooks, big ideas, mechanisms, desires, pain points, and objections Why certain long-form statics scale on Meta Native advertising and how to make ads feel like content rather than ads How to structure long-form static copy that holds attention and drives action Supplement and health offers in the UK and/or US markets How to systematically iterate winners instead of throwing random ideas at the wall We are NOT looking for: Generalist creative strategists UGC-focused strategists Organic content creators People who have only written short-form ad copy or a few creative briefs Junior or mid-level applicants We want someone who has already been directly responsible for serious DTC performance through long-form statics and native-style ads and can show actual winning work.
