creativestrategist.jobs (“we”, “us”) is a job board for creative strategist roles. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are. Questions any time: [email protected].

What we collect

• Browsing. No account is needed to browse jobs. We use self-hosted, cookieless analytics to understand overall site usage. It does not build cross-site profiles of you.
• Sign in with Google or LinkedIn. If you sign in, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from the provider you pick, plus an account identifier. We never see or store your Google or LinkedIn password, and we do not ask for access to your contacts, posts, files or anything else.
• Job alerts. When you set up an alert we store your email address, the filters you chose and how often you want emails. Without an account we email you once to confirm the address first.
• Reports. If you report a job, we store the reason you picked and any note you add.
• Email delivery. We log basic delivery events (sent, delivered, opened, bounced) from our email provider to keep alerts out of spam folders.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep you signed in.
• To send the job alerts you asked for, and to let you change or stop them.
• To fix problems with listings and keep the site working.

We use the email address from Google or LinkedIn only for the above. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
• We do not share your email address with employers or anyone else.

Cookies

We set a sign-in cookie when you sign in, and your browser remembers your filters and hidden companies on your own device. That is all.

Where your data lives

Data is stored on servers we control in the United States and with the processors we use to run the service: Cloudflare (network and security), Resend (email delivery) and Trigger.dev (background jobs).

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account or alerts are active. Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe, and the alerts page lets you pause or delete any alert. Email us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to delete your account, and we will do it within 30 days.

Job listings

Listings come from public employer career sites, job data providers and public posts on X. They are about companies and roles. Applying happens on the employer’s own site, under their privacy policy.
