This is NOT a role where you rely on swipes, remix competitors, or guess why an ad works. You’ll have: → A team of 4+ video editors behind you → Significant editing capacity to execute your concepts → Massive ad spend to test ideas at scale → Direct access to performance data → The opportunity to build and lead the creative testing roadmap You’ll be responsible for: → Deep market + customer research → Finding new creative opportunities across beauty, skincare + makeup → Developing original DR concepts, angles, hooks + scripts → Leading editors from brief to final cut → Tracking emerging formats, trends + winning creatives → Building structured creative testing roadmaps → Analyzing hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA + ROAS to develop more winners We NEED someone who: → Has proven experience scaling DTC brands, ideally 8–9 figure brands → Understands DR, copywriting, customer psychology + creative strategy → Can develop original concepts instead of relying on swipes → Has experience leading editors or creative teams → Knows how to turn performance data into better creative → Has a portfolio of winning ads backed by real performance numbers Bonus points if you’ve scaled brands in beauty, skincare, makeup, supplements or transformation niches.
