Compensation: Monthly retainer + 2% of ad spend on your creatives. Uncapped. What you’ll own: * Everything from research, angles, hooks, and scripting to editing and final, launch-ready creatives. * A minimum of 15 creative batches per week, with opportunities to scale volume based on performance.
