Creative Strategist

We are looking

for a Senior Creative Strategist to lead the creative direction of Moerie, a brand focused on high-quality hair care products made with natural ingredients. If you know how to turn data and customer insights into ads that sell, and you enjoy shaping a brand’s creative voice, this role is for you.

Get ready to

• Own the creative strategy for Moerie’s paid social and digital campaigns, from insight to concept to iteration

• Build and run a structured creative testing roadmap, deciding what to test, why, and what comes next

• Turn performance data, customer research and competitor analysis into clear creative angles and hooks

• Work closely with performance marketers, designers and project managers to hit growth targets

• Keep the brand’s visual identity consistent while pushing new formats and ideas

• Write high-converting copy: hooks, headlines, scripts and CTAs

• Track market and platform trends and bring fresh ideas to the team

• Mentor other creatives and help raise the creative bar across the team

We expect you to

• Have 4+ years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy or a similar role, ideally in e-commerce or DTC

• Have a strong portfolio showing campaigns you led and the results they drove

• Know Meta and TikTok ad creative inside out and understand what makes ads scale

• Be comfortable reading ad performance data and turning it into creative decisions

• Be able to tell a story and present ideas in a clear, compelling way

• Take ownership, make decisions and see failed tests as useful lessons

• Be curious, creative and always testing

• Communicate fluently in English and Lithuanian and thrive in a collaborative, feedback-oriented environment

Salary

Gross salary range is 4 000 - 5 200 EUR/month, as the final offer will depend on your overall experience and fit for the role.

Location

Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, team members from other cities are usually coming to the Vilnius office 2–3 times per week.
