Here’s our wishlist straight from Jotham, our new social lead: "We're looking for a senior social creative strategist who can take signals from performance, audience behavior, product, customers, creators, employees, and culture and turn them into distinctive social ideas that feel unmistakably Luma. They need to be a strong concept thinker first, but also hands-on enough to write briefs, treatments, scripts and hooks, direct creators stopping at strategy. A big part of the role is building repeatable social formats, shaping creator-led content, developing experimental ideas, and finding ways to make existing work travel further and perform better on social.
