THE ROLE

You own UGC start to finish: you write the script, brief the creators, brief the editors, review the cuts, read the numbers, and iterate. One person, one lane, no handoffs. Our ads currently all look the same. You fix that by building a format that keeps producing winners, not one-off ads.

You work from an outcome and a date. Nobody trains you. You use Claude and our internal AI brain to move faster, and you never ship the first thing it gives you.
