They’re looking for someone who can own creative strategy, build testing plans and help them explore new avenues for creatives.

You’ll be working across:
• Creative strategy and testing
• Creative briefs and QA
• Meta and TikTok as well as performance analysis
• Mentoring junior strategists
• Building creative systems, SOPs, and frameworks

I need someone with:
• 4+ years in Creative Strategy / Direct Response / Performance Creative
• Proven DTC paid social experience with brands spending $1M+ per month
• Strong Meta creative testing knowledge
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and DR
• Experience mentoring or managing strategists
