Senior Creative Strategist

Hiring: Senior Creative Strategist - Supplement Niche (Health & Wellness) for 8 Figure Supplement Brand (PORTFOLIO/SCREENSHOTS NEEDED) Do well, you can jump on our other brands as well 20+ ad concepts/week (net NEW concepts, mostly TOF, all video ads) Extremely flexible with concepts, if you're killing it with less, you can do less, if you're not and want to push more, we can get that sorted too. Write winning copy, but also understand why its winning. Understand formats, iteration, and DR advertising extremely well. Creative Strategy experience required. (You don't need anything crazy, if you can show me strong TOF concepts and an amazing work ethic im willing to take someone with 100k spend monthly under their belt or in that range) Around $6-10k/month + Every SPENDING concept = % bonus pay (UNCAPPED) FULL TIME POSITION, do well, you can work w/ more of our brands (if you want) Negotiable based on your experience (both retainer and bonus percentages) Native ads experience is a bonus, but this role is for mainly video ads. NEED to be extremely up to date with AI concepts, AI workflows, and the DR e-commerce demons on the ad library. I want someone who lives and breathes strategy, not someone who is just dabbling in it. You must: be extremely ready to learn, test new formats, ideate using your own brain rather than just swiping, bring new ideas to the table for everything from specific voices up until pages to run from, just overall be extremely hungry and ambitious. Know the ins and outs of the ads manager metrics (such as hook rate, hold rate, etc). You will oversee the entire process from ideation to final creation, and will be designated 2 editors (or even 3 editors) Don't apply if you're new to this role, and when you apply please show some type of proof of spend. You don't have to be in the role for super long, but I need to see you're capabilities and you need to be able to show that to me. If you're going to bounce around between the best offers and aren't looking to build a long term relationship - also not interested. This goal is LONG TERM work. I want to be able to give you everything you need and teach you what I know as well.
