Core Responsibilities

Strategy & Branding

  • Group Brand Strategy: Define positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and brand architecture across all entities, keeping each concern distinct yet aligned with the group.
  • Trend & Market Intelligence: Track social, digital, and industry trends, competitor moves, and platform changes, and convert them into actionable recommendations.
  • Campaign Strategy: Build campaign concepts, audience insights, channel plans, and content calendars for each entity.
  • Brand Guidelines: Maintain and enforce brand standards, voice guides, and messaging frameworks.

Project & Account Management

  • Brief Intake: Take briefs from all accounts, clarify objectives, audience, budget, and timeline, and document them clearly.
  • Creative Briefing: Convert client and internal briefs into precise briefs for designers, motion artists, video editors, and developers.
  • Account Ownership: Independently manage assigned accounts across entities, from planning through delivery and performance review.
  • Project Delivery: Run project timelines, approvals, revisions, and handovers, and ensure on-time, on-brand output.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep entity heads and clients updated on progress, risks, and results.

Copywriting & Content

  • Copywriting: Write ad copy, social captions, scripts, landing page content, email campaigns, press notes, and sponsored content in English and Bangla.
  • Content Direction: Guide the creative team on concept, storyline, hooks, and visual direction.
  • Editing & Quality: Review all outgoing copy and creative for tone, accuracy, and brand consistency.

Performance & Growth

  • Digital Campaigns: Plan and coordinate paid and organic campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Funnel & Lead Gen: Support lead generation and conversion campaigns for EdTech, study abroad, and immigration services.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign metrics, report results, and recommend improvements.
  • Budget Management: Plan and monitor campaign budgets and vendor or influencer costs.

Collaboration

  • Creative Team Partnership: Work daily with designers, motion artists, and video editors to keep quality and turnaround high.
  • Cross-Entity Coordination: Align with sales, admissions, editorial, and management teams on campaign goals and messaging.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with media buyers, influencers, photographers, and agencies as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-6 years in marketing, brand strategy, or an advertising/creative agency.
  • Proven copywriting skills in English and Bangla, with a portfolio of campaigns or writing samples.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or projects at the same time.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to write clear creative briefs and direct designers and video teams.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
