We scaled to 7 figures in 3 months and are looking for someone to take over the creative of our main proven product while we focus on launching new ones. Who we're looking for ✅ Someone HUNGRY. You're obsessed with getting better and you'll outwork anyone to get there. You live in the FB Ad Library, you save ads that stop your scroll, and you break down why a hook works before anyone asks you to. ✅ You test with INTENT. No throwing sh*t at the wall to see what sticks. Every ad starts with a hypothesis: which belief you're shifting, which angle, which avatar. ✅ You don't need to know everything. What you need is the drive to learn fast, take feedback, and come back better every week. ✅ You'll own the full creative strategy of our main product, with proven frameworks, winning ads to learn from and clear avatar knowledge. Research, ideation, scripts, managing your own editors, analysing the data and iterating. ✅ Communication is KEY! You'll be working closely with me.
