🚀 Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the fastest-scaling D2C brands in the UK. The brand is already a market leader in the Health & Wellness / Nutrition space, they've seen incredible growth since they launched in 2024 (scaling from £0m - £30m already).

They're now looking to hire a Head of Performance Creative to lead the team behind the internal creative engine. You’re a killer marketer who's obsessed with ads and wants to train, manage and grow the team.

You've probably been a Senior Creative Strategist at a big agency or at a D2C brand and you're ready for the next unlock. You've proven you can make winners. Now you want to build the machine that makes them at scale.

You'll own creative strategy day to day across the business: leading the team of Creative Strategists and building the systems that let the team scale without anyone becoming the bottleneck. You're equal parts strategist, coach and operator.

If you're obsessive about why ads win, you love developing people, and you want to be measured on results, this could be the perfect role for you!

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

⭐️Senior Creative Strategist experience (or above) at a big agency or DTC brand

⭐️Experience managing and developing a team, plus agency, creator or partner relationships

⭐️An obsessive understanding of what makes an ad win: hook, angle, persona, format, creator, offer, pacing and copy

⭐️Fluency in Meta ad account metrics and asset-level performance data (TikTok a bonus)

⭐️A passion for health and fitness would be hugely advantageous
