Sunnyboy.fitness is looking for a creative, curious and fitness-obsessed Content Strategy Intern / Junior Associate to help us build a distinctive fitness content platform covering everything from training and nutrition to mental toughness, longevity and the science of living better.

We’re not looking for someone who just wants to manage an Instagram page.

We’re looking for someone who can THINK of content.

Someone who can turn an interesting question, a gym conversation, a fitness myth or a personal experience into a compelling story that people want to watch and share.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

🎙️ Podcasts & Interviews: Develop concepts, identify interesting guests and create conversations around fitness, health and longevity

🎤 Vox-Pops & Street Content: Come up with engaging questions and formats that bring real people and opinions into fitness conversations

.

💡 Content Ideation: Develop original concepts for reels, educational videos, creator collaborations and recurring content series

.

🧠 Mental Fitness & Discipline: Explore consistency, motivation, resilience, mindset and the psychology of training

.

🏋️ Training & Exercise Education: Research workouts, mobility, posture, injury prevention and evidence-based fitness practic
