HIRING: Direct Response Creative Strategist, $6–8k/mo base + uncapped performance bonus

Supplement brand, scaling hard on Meta.

I need someone who owns the ads side: research, angles, scripts, iterations, briefing editors, designers and UGC creators.

Every format: statics, UGC, video/VSL, long-form natives, advertorial and landing page angles.

What the week looks like: you work directly with me. New angles, script iterations, creative testing, reading the numbers and deciding what we test next.

The bonus is where the money is:
→ Performance bonus on every ad you own that hits our KPIs
→ Uncapped. Top performers will earn well above their base
→ We'll agree the exact structure with the right person

Don't apply if you don't have proof of significant spend on ads you've made. Courses and YouTube don't count.
