We're hiring a Demand Gen Creative Strategist for a high 8-figure DTC brand approaching $150K/day in ad spend, on a path toward a $100M run rate. We believe Google Demand Gen is a major opportunity across YouTube, Discover and Gmail — and we're building a dedicated creative machine around it.
You'll own creative strategy while our media buyers and agency handle campaign mechanics. That means studying what's working, identifying winning hooks and angles, developing data-backed hypotheses, researching competitor Demand Gen and YouTube creative, writing complete DR concepts and copy, and briefing production so clearly that editors can see the finished ad before they start. Winners get iterated systematically. Losers get killed fast.
You don't need to be a Demand Gen media-buying expert. You do need to be exceptional at direct-response creative.
What we're looking for:
✅ Proven ecommerce creative strategy experience
✅ Strong experience developing short- and/or long-form YouTube advertising
✅ Exceptional direct-response copywriting skills
✅ A portfolio showing the actual creative you produced — with real performance results behind it
✅ Strong grasp of hooks, pacing, storytelling, objections, buyer psychology, and conversion
✅ Experience turning performance data into new creative hypotheses
✅ Strong communication with editors, designers, and media buyers
Demand Gen platform knowledge is a bonus. Demonstrated creative performance isn't.

You'll struggle here if you need to be chased, prefer subjective creative work without performance accountability, or can't show evidence your past creative produced results. We're not hiring for potential — we're hiring demonstrated ability.
