Creative Strategy Associate

As our Creative Strategy Associate, you will shape what Alienkind stands for culturally, and you will have the freedom to invent it from scratch.

This is a generalist role for someone who thinks in ideas, not channels. One week you are launching a new social series; the next you are pitching a collab, a drop or a piece of IP that could outlive any single campaign.

What you will do

• Define the creative direction for ALIENKIND's social presence across Instagram, YouTube, X and whatever comes next.
• Create and grow original IP: recurring content series, characters, formats, rituals and running jokes that become part of the brand.
• Spot cultural moments early and turn them into ideas the internet wants to share.
• Shape collaborations with creators, artists and brands that feel native, not paid.
• Write briefs that inspire the team and see ideas through, from first spark to final post.
• Use audience insight and performance data to sharpen ideas, without letting numbers flatten them.

Who you are

• 1–3 years in creative strategy, social, content or brand roles at a brand, agency or media company.
• You have a point of view on internet culture and can explain why something caught on.
• You think in franchises and formats, not one-off posts.
• A strong writer with taste, curiosity and a bias for making things.
• Comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.
