🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop fresh ad angles, hooks, and scripts for video and image ads.
• Analyze real campaign performance and identify what's working and what's not.
• Use advanced AI tools to turn creative ideas into ads.
• Research competitors, trends, and new creative opportunities.
• Continuously test, learn, and improve creatives based on actual results.

💡 Who We're Looking For

• Experience creating performance-driven ads, ideally for Meta.
• Strong creative thinking and an understanding of direct-response marketing.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make creative decisions.
• Hands-on experience with AI video, image, and writing tools.
• Excellent, natural English communication skills.
• Someone who's proactive, curious, and always looking to improve.
