I need a creative strategist. $5-6k/mo. But not someone who "wants to get into e-com." I need someone who's already scaling DTC brands past 6 figures and can't stop thinking about ads. The type that rewatches competitor creatives for fun. You'd own everything. Research, hooks, scripts, iterations, performance breakdowns. You're not making content, you're building assets that print.
